Lead Cross-Platform Developer

We are looking for a Lead Cross-Platform Developer to join our dynamic team at App Jeevan. Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead cross-platform development using frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin to deliver high-quality apps.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable mobile and web applications that ensure smooth functionality on multiple devices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and oversee development teams to ensure coding standards, guidelines, and best practices are always upheld.
• Conduct code reviews and optimize applications for performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in mobile hardware, operating systems, and cross-platform technologies.
• Lead troubleshooting and debugging processes to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Drive innovation by introducing new tools, frameworks, or methodologies relevant to cross-platform development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in cross-platform app development with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong background in mobile application design patterns, architecture, and APIs.
• Experience in deploying applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and software testing frameworks.

Skills

• Proficiency in frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, or Ionic.
• Strong command of modern programming languages including Dart, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Kotlin.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend integrations for cross-platform apps.
• Hands-on expertise with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and other collaborative tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Firebase, and Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior developers and foster a collaborative work environment.
• UI/UX awareness to deliver user-friendly and visually appealing applications.
