Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using frameworks like Flutter or React Native to ensure compatibility across multiple devices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into functional, user-friendly apps.
• Optimize app performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates to enhance user experience and resolve bugs efficiently.
• Integrate third-party APIs, services, and libraries to add advanced features such as payment gateways, location services, and push notifications.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in mobile development, experiment with new technologies, and propose improvements to existing processes.
• Participate in agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver projects on time.
• Test applications thoroughly across various devices and operating systems to guarantee reliability and security.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a proven track record in cross-platform projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working in agile or scrum environments.
• Portfolio showcasing previously developed apps, preferably available on App Store or Google Play.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git and experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for mobile backend integration.
