Cross-Platform Architect

Roles and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a critical role in enabling seamless cross-platform integrations and architecting scalable solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Design and implement scalable and secure cross-platform architectures that support mobile, web, and cloud applications.
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Evaluate and select suitable frameworks, platforms, and tools for cross-platform development.
• Collaborate with software engineers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Establish best practices and coding guidelines to maintain performance, security, and scalability.
• Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations to improve existing systems and frameworks.
• Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level software architecture and development.
• 5+ years of hands-on expertise in designing or leading cross-platform applications.
• Proven track record of building high-performance, scalable, and secure software systems.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Skills

The ideal candidate should bring a strong blend of technical and collaborative skills, including:

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Dart.
• Expertise with frameworks like React Native, Flutter, Xamarin, or .NET MAUI.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and containerized solutions (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Solid background in cloud computing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation, performance optimization, and security.
• Leadership qualities and experience managing development or architecture teams.
