Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Windows-based applications using modern frameworks.
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance team performance.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Windows application development.
• Proven experience leading software development teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud integration, preferably Azure.

Skills

• Expertise in C#, .NET, and Windows SDK.
• Proficiency in WPF and UWP for building responsive UI.Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
