Senior iOS Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintainiOS applications using Swift and Objective-C, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to define and implement new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and compatibility across various iOS devices.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain a seamless user experience.
• Stay updated on emerging iOS technologies and integrate them into existing projects when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience in iOS app development.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality iOS applications to the App Store.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and App Store submission processes.

Skills

• Expertise in Swift, Objective-C, and Xcode.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating third-party libraries.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience with tools like Sketch or Figma.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
